Every enquiry followed up. Every rupee accounted for.
A CRM built for how Indian tour operators actually work: walk-ins and phone enquiries, cash and UPI, branch staff and KYC paperwork. One workspace per agency, on its own address.

Getting started
- 1
Create the workspace
Your agency, its address and the owner account, in one form. Nothing to install.
- 2
Add branches and staff
Invite each colleague by email with a role and, if you want, one office. They set their own password.
- 3
Start logging work
Enquiries, bookings and receipts from day one. The dashboard fills itself in as they arrive.
What it keeps track of
Enquiries that do not go cold
Every enquiry carries a follow-up date and an owner. The dashboard leads with the ones that are overdue, so the list people act on is the first thing they see.
Bookings and balances together
A trip's status and its money are separate facts. A confirmed departure with nothing paid looks nothing like a completed, settled one — and the list says which is which.
Every receipt accounted for
Cash, UPI, card, cheque or transfer — each payment is recorded against a booking with its mode and reference, in whole paise. The balance owed is derived from the receipts, so it cannot drift from them.
KYC without the exposure
Customer lists carry the last four digits of an Aadhaar number and nothing more, so a screen, a screenshot or an export cannot leak one. The full record is a separate, audited request.
Built for more than one agency
Each agency gets its own subdomain, its own staff, its own branches — and its data is isolated in the database itself, not only in the application. A query that forgets which organisation it is for returns nothing rather than someone else’s customers.
Roles run from agent to owner. What an agent can see is decided in four places that have to agree: the screen, the session, the operation, and the database row. The screen is the convenient one; the database is the one that cannot be argued with.
Set up your agency in a few minutes.
You will need your agency’s name and an email to own the account. Everything else — branches, staff, enquiries — can come later.
